Best beach clubs in Canggu
A proper beach club should be located by the water and these options definitely do not disappoint. If you want to treat yourself to the ultimate day by the beach in Canggu, you’ll love these clubs.
1. Atlas Beach Club – the world’s largest beach club and our personal favourite
Atlas Beach Club is the biggest beach club in the world, and it’s located right here in Berawa, Canggu, only 40 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport. If you only visit one beach club during your time in Bali, definitely make it this one, it’s one destination for everyone.
This place is absolutely huge, and coming here is an experience you won’t forget any time soon. Relax by the pool, watch one of their famous Balinese dance performances or get a private massage to truly unwind. They even offer tarot readings if you’re up for it.
From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Atlas Beach Club always has their daily happy hour, so you know you’ll get the best deal and won’t have to spend a fortune on your day at the beach. A must-do is their Floating Fest, where you’ll get your meal served on a floating tray right in the pool. What more could you want during your time in Bali?
Atlas is definitely a luxurious beach club and you can immediately tell from their amenities that they pay attention to details and focus on delivering exceptional quality. Throughout the week, you can see traditional Balinese dance performances such as the Kecak Dance, Fire Dance, and the Goddess of Danu show, which take place between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM
But Atlas is more than just a beach club. They regularly host international DJs and artists such as Alan Walker, Martin Garrix, Tyga, Disclosure or Steve Aoki, both in their beach club as well as the on-site super club, which is the go-to spot for a night out in Canggu.
Atlas also offers Slaycation packages, which include accommodation at their partner hotels like Swarga Suites and the LV8 Resort Hotel. These deals come with perks such as early check-ins, late check-outs and shuttle services to the club and much more. If you’re still looking for accommodation in Bali, definitely check these out.
Location: Jl. Pantai Berawa No.88, Canggu, Bali, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361
Opening hours: 10 AM – midnight (the Super Club is open late)
Why we love it: the best international DJs, huge space, great deals and Balinese dance performances

2. La Brisa
La Brisa is one of Canggu’s most established beach clubs, and it has a lot to offer. The decor here is very beachy and bohemian compared to the others on this list, which are usually very modern and sleek.
La Brisa has several large pools and is located beachfront at Canggu’s popular Echo Beach. You can book all sorts of different day beds, bean bags or cabanas, all of which have minimum spend. There is also a restaurant area where you can have a sit-down lunch or dinner.
Beanbag seating starts at approximately IDR 600,000 minimum spend for two people, and other areas cost as much as IDR 2 million minimum spend for four to ten people, depending on the seating.
While there are also spots on the beach which are first-come-first-serve, we highly recommend booking your spot in advance, especially for weekends, which can be extremely packed.
La Brisa is a very chill beach club during the day, but several times per month, they host electronic music events with international DJs, such as the popular Basement Love. These parties are always exceptional, and tickets usually start at only IDR 150,000 per person for early bird deals.
Finally, don’t miss out on the La Brisa Sunday Market, where you can shop for local products, art, clothing and try different food.
Location: Jl. Pantai Batu Mejan, Canggu, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361
Opening hours: 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM (open late for parties)
Why we love it: great atmosphere, fun parties and the perfect beach club vibes

3. Finn’s Beach Club
Finn’s is a crowd favourite when it comes to beach clubs in Canggu, and it’s mostly known for its wild pool parties. Located in a lively part of Berawa, this beach club has over 170 metres of beachfront, with an incredible selection of day beds, bean bags and other seating. Despite its size, Finn’s regularly sells out, especially on weekends, so if you’re hoping to grab a bed, definitely book in advance.
There are three restaurants on-site, nine bars, and three giant pools. This is definitely a party beach club, so don’t expect a day at Finn’s to be relaxing. There is a DJ, and the party goes on until midnight – officially at least!
What we love about Finn’s is that you don’t need a reservation for a day bed to join in on the fun. You can actually just walk in and sit at the bar, go in the pool or dance – no need to pay for entry or minimum spend.
If you’re staying in Bali for longer, you might be interested in Finn’s different types of VIP memberships, which include a ton of perks, including discounts at the beach club. The Finn’s Recreation Club includes a great coworking space, a full gym, fitness classes, tennis courts, a lap pool with a small water park, and more.
Location: Jl. Pantai Berawa No.99, Canggu, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361
Opening hours: 10 AM to midnight
Why we love it: great parties, free entry and a lively atmosphere

4. The Lawn
The Lawn, located right on Batu Bolong Beach, is probably Canggu’s coolest beach club, with surfer vibes and a more sophisticated setting. This isn’t the largest beach club, making it feel more intimate and less cramped than some of the others on this list.
The Lawn is definitely very popular, so again, try to book your day beds in advance if you can. They’re usually completely booked on weekends.
Much like La Brisa, The Lawn is a pretty laidback beach club with a relaxed vibe and no crazy parties. However, they often host international artists and DJs and regularly become a beachfront concert venue. If you get the chance, definitely see a show here should there be one on when you’re in Canggu.
Minimum spend prices start at approximately IDR 350,000 per person, and the lounge area of the beach club has no minimum spend at all. There is also Skool Kitchen, which is a part of the beach club and one of the best romantic restaurants in Canggu.
Location: Jl. Pura Dalem, Canggu, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361
Opening hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (can be later on weekends)
Why we love it: relaxing atmosphere, beautiful setting, great restaurant

Best eSIM & Physical SIM For Bali
Did you know you can get the best SIM card for tourists delivered to your hotel in Bali at no extra charge? Or get an eSIM, so you’ll be connected from day one.
5. COMO Beach Club
COMO is a smaller beach club located on Echo Beach, very close to La Brisa. This spot is usually not extremely crowded, and many tourists miss it during their stay in Canggu.
If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxed beach club, COMO is definitely recommended.
The beach club has a pretty big restaurant, but day beds are very limited and cannot be booked in advance, so keep that in mind when you go. The minimum spend for a bed is IDR 1.5 million.
While COMO is not a party-focused beach club, they sometimes have DJs and live acoustic music in the evenings.
Location: Jl. Pantai Batu Mejan, Canggu, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361
Opening hours: 7:00 AM to 10 PM
Why we love it: chill atmosphere and no crowds

Best day clubs and pool clubs in Canggu
Canggu’s ocean-front real estate is limited, and if you’re looking for even more beach club options, you should check out these day clubs or pool clubs. They might not be right at the beach, but the facilities are just as great, and prices can be a little bit more affordable than in the front row, making them more than worth visiting.
6. Alternative Beach
Alternative Beach is my personal favourite affordable day club in Canggu. It’s actually attached to the Kos One Hostel, so there’s always a lively crowd of young travellers hanging out here.
Alternative Beach has a large pool with floating beanbags and a (very steep) waterslide, a swim-up bar, jacuzzis (unheated), and a small in-house restaurant. Prices are generally reasonable, and even more so on weekends when they have an all-day happy hour.
Their Saturday pool party is highly recommended, but otherwise Alternative Beach is relatively chill. It does get crowded on weekends, so arrive early if you can.
To get in, you have to pay IDR 100,000 per person, IDR 50,000 can be used for food, drinks or a towel rental.
There is also a VIP section with minimum spend, which is a great way to secure your spot on a busy day. Throughout the week, Alternative Beach often hosts events like movie nights, yoga and more.
If you’re looking for the vibe of a beach club but don’t want to spend a lot, Alternative Beach is a great choice in Canggu.
Location: Jl. Pantai Batu Bolong No.78, Canggu, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361
Opening hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Why we love it: reasonable prices, jacuzzis, beautiful pool

The Best Way To Experience Bali
Group tours are an incredibly underrated way to travel and you’ll get to experience Bali with new friends without any of the stress of planning. Compare the best tours here or check out my all-time favourite below.
7. Valle Bali
Valle is located towards the top of Canggu’s popular Padang Linjong Street where you’ll find a big selection of restaurants and cafes, including plenty of vegan options.
Surrounded by lush rice fields, this is a beautiful spot for a day by the pool. Valle is usually not very crowded, so you can relax and unwind as you take in the views.
They do have special events sometimes with DJs or a live band, so keep an eye out for that.
We love their happy hour, where you can grab three cocktails for IDR 200,000 (excluding tax and service).
Location: Jl. Canggu Padang Linjong No.23, Canggu, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80351
Opening hours: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM (open late for events)
Why we love it: rice field views, beautiful setting

The Best Private Drivers In Bali
The most comfortable way to get around Bali is with a private driver. Read our complete guide or book instantly at the lowest prices with no need to haggle.
8. Padi Club
The Padi Club sits just five minutes from central Canggu, surrounded by rice fields in a very peaceful part of town. This large complex is finally completed and even has its own impressive in-house gym now, as well as a very large restaurant and villa options.
They’ve frequently got meal deals, and the minimum spend is IDR 150,000 for their day beds and sofas, including a towel.
This isn’t a very large place and it’s usually pretty quiet, so it’s a great place to come relax and chill without having to worry about crowds and sold-out beds.
Location: Jl. Raya Canggu Gang Umah Desa, Canggu, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali
Opening hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Why we love it: quiet and chill, food discounts, rice field views

9. A La Folie at Secana Beach Town
Secana Beach Town is a relatively new establishment in Berawa, with a lot under one roof. They’ve got housing, several restaurants, a grocery store, a gym and a beautiful rooftop pool club.
A La Folie is also a restaurant and well worth a visit if you’ve been wanting to see Canggu from above. The ocean views are fantastic, and the vibe is laidback and relaxed.
Day beds are very limited, though, and this isn’t a very large place, so it’s better to come early. There is a small fee for the beds, ranging from IDR 80,000 to IDR 200,000 per bed (not per person).
Location: Jl. Pemelisan Agung Jl. Pantai Berawa, Canggu, Kec. Kuta Utara, Berawa, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361
Opening hours: 12:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Why we love it: incredible views, choice of restaurants, quiet and secluded

Best day and beach clubs outside of Canggu
If you want to try something new and don’t mind driving for a few minutes outside of Canggu, you should have a look at these beach clubs located just out of town.
10. Le Bajo
Le Bajo is a pool club in the Mengwi/Pantai Lima area located around 10 to 15 minutes’ driving distance from central Canggu. With their sandy ground and crocodile-shaped pool, this is a fun new venue to try if you’re looking for something off the beaten track.
There is an occasional live DJ or band in the evenings on weekends, but generally, Le Bajo is quiet and not too busy. They also have Tickled Pink, a great new restaurant, which you can try while you’re there.
This area of Bali is a lot quieter than most parts of Canggu, so you can look forward to being surrounded by nature and not traffic.
Location: Jl. Babadan No.89, Pererenan, Kec. Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80351
Opening hours: 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM (may be open late for events)
Why we love it: cool location, peaceful setting, good events

11. Luna Beach Club
Luna Beach Club is unlike any of the other beach clubs on this list and definitely an unusual place. Located between Cemagi and Tanah Lot Temple, this beach club is part of the huge ongoing Nuanu city construction that will eventually encompass schools, event spaces, dozens of restaurants, housing and much more.
Luna Beach Club is located on a cliff top overlooking the ocean, and it occupies a huge space with a large restaurant area, a beer garden, plenty of day beds, pools and a water slide that leads into the cave-like VIP area.
This beach club is more than impressive and very futuristic. During the day, it’s quite relaxed, but in the late afternoon, they often have DJs. On the weekends there are larger events and even festivals held here.
Location: Jl. Kayangan, Beraban, Kec. Kediri, Kabupaten Tabanan, Bali 82121
Opening hours: 12:00 PM to midnight (open late for events)
Why we love it: unusual space, lots to explore and see, incredible views
